There are a few new rules this year with the main points being:

1) 75 over compulsory declaration.

2) No Bonus Points but the game must be played out until 4pm on the second day and captains can then decide to cease play in the event of no further result

3) If you have bowled a team out after 4.45pm or later you may choose not to bat and commence your 75 overs the following week.

4) The umpires will be using a yellow and red card system similar to soccer. If a player receives 2 yellow cards he receives an automatic 1 match suspension. A red card and the player answers to the judicial process.
